Apple might be planning an iPhone or iPod with a pico projector

Apple has received a patent that might reveal some of their plans for next gen iPhones or iPods. In there they describe an iPhone with a pico-projector embedded in it:

“For example, display 204 may include a screen (e.g., an LCD screen) that is incorporated in communications device 200. As another example, display 204 may include a movable display or a projecting system for providing a display of content on a surface remote from communications device 200 (e.g., a video projector)."

Obviously this says nothing about actual plans from Apple, but they are at least considering such an option.
