Explay bought for $555,000

Explay has been bought for $555,000 by Japen's ADM. Explay, based in Israel, was one of the pioneers in pico-projectors, but had financial problems when their  investors refused to give more money (after having invested $7 million in the company!).

ADM will have access to Explay's patents and agreements, and might continue to operate the company in Israel.
