Lemoptrix shows their LBS pico-projector module, to be ready in 2011

Lemoptrix (a Swiss-based startup) is showing their 'low-cost' MEMS-LBS laser pico-projection module prototype (the module's size is 1 cm3). Lemoptrix says that they'll be able to produce the module in 2011 for industrial applications, and in 2012 for commercial electronics. Lemoptrix's module supports VGA (640x480) resolution.
