Luminus

Luminus Devices develops and manufactures high performance, solid state lighting solutions for a variety of illumination applications. Their LED prodcuts are called 'PhlatLIght'. 

PhlatLight LEDs can be used to light pico projectors. We know of two such devices: Samsung's  Show mobile phone and the BenQ GP1. In February 2010 Luminus raised $19 million from Venture funds.
