Oyap's Panda LBS pico projector finally shippingOyap announced their Panda laser pico projector back in June 2011, and now we learn it's finally shipping in China - for ¥3,999 (about $630 US). The Panda (or OY-LP10) is a laser (LBS, Microvision PicoP Engine) based pico projector that supports WVGA (848x480) resolution and 20 lumens. The focus-free projector includes a built-in media player (2GB internal, TF card support) and can play back photos, movies and office documents. Inputs include VGA/AV and micro-USB for data.

MVIS's light engine is rated at 15 lumens. Why the discrepancy?
