QuickLogic's VEE technology can increase pico-projectors viewability

QuickLogic says that their Visual Enhancement Engine (VEE) technology can be used to improve pico projectors viewability (perceived brightness, or 'effective lumens'). The VEE technology dynamically adapts the projected content to the viewing environment.

Quicklogic's VEE is available today as part of the ArcticLink® II VX2 and VX4 solution platform family. The company says that they are already working with a number of mobile device OEMs and pico projector manufacturers to bring VEE to consumer pico projectors.
