Sony to use laser pico-projectors in mobile phones?

Sony Executives visited several start-ups in Israel last week, one of them was bTendo - makers of laser-beam-steering projector modules. Sony does not plan to invest in those startups, but they might use products from those companies. In any case it seems that Sony are starting to get interested in pico-projectors.

We have visited bTendo in May 2009, they have given us a nice demonstration and information on their projection modules.
