Soraa is showing new direct green laser diode for pico-projectors

Soraa is showing a new direct green laser diode for pico-projectors. The new laser is suited for 20 lumens (or higher) pico projectors and features "substantially reduced" speckle (compared to frequency doubled greens). The new laser outputs more than 75 milliwatt of continuous wave power in the 520-525nm range, are single spatial mode and multi spectral mode.

Soraa’s LDs are based on InGaN semiconductor technology and are fabricated on innovative non-polar and semi-polar GaN substrates.
